My name is William D. Herlong, and my legal practice is dedicated to helping individuals and small businesses who have been hurt or damaged. Unfortunately, that happens all too often in our society. My background is somewhat unique in that I studied Biochemistry in college, have worked at some of the most prestigious "big" firms in the country, and have been the General Counsel and CEO of a start-up company. Yet I have nearly 25 years of legal experience and have tried approximately 100 cases. My perspective and experience is simply very broad and that helps me immensely with the judgment and creativity necessary to be a highly effective attorney.
My focus today is on the cases that many other attorneys shy away from. Complex business disputes and serious or even catastrophic personal injury matters. In these kinds of cases, my strengths as a lawyer are most apparent.
